My story
Hello!Giving back is an essential part of my mission. I also created a nonprofit, Uplift the Human Spirit, dedicated to supporting and uplifting my community beyond individual services—because true healing extends outward and strengthens us collectively.
In addition to one-on-one work, I lecture and give workshops at universities and medical schools, helping professionals become more inclusive and culturally aware, learn about Hmong culture, and understand that to heal a person holistically, we must honor the mind, body, and spirit.
I also host a podcast called Hmong Insights, where I explore Hmong culture, traditions, and perspectives, sharing thoughts and opinions from the Hmong community to educate, inspire, and connect listeners worldwide.
This work is not just what I do—it is who I am. Through The Healing Life Center, my nonprofit efforts, lectures, and podcast, my intention is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your power, restore balance, and step fully into your truth.
I am a Master Shaman with over 17 years—going on 18—of dedicated spiritual practice. My path was not easy, nor was it meant to be. The challenges I faced, the lessons I endured, and the healing I received along the way shaped not only who I am, but how I serve others today.
My work is rooted in lived experience, disciplined training, and deep respect for spiritual traditions. Alongside my spiritual journey, I hold a Master’s degree in Education, which allows me to guide, teach, and support people with clarity, compassion, and structure. Healing is not only spiritual—it is educational, empowering, and transformative.
I founded The Healing Life Center to create a safe, welcoming space where people from all walks of life can seek healing and guidance. Individuals of all religions, cultures, and ethnic backgrounds are welcome here. This is a space built on respect, openness, and the understanding that healing transcends belief systems and identities.
Over the years, my work has taken me across the nation, offering healing to individuals and communities, and even back to Southeast Asia, where I had the honor of continuing healing work connected to ancestral and cultural roots. I take great pride in having helped many people through their personal healing journeys and remain open to anyone who is willing and ready to receive healing with an open heart and mind.
At the core of my practice is advocacy—for self-worth, cultural appreciation, and personal identity. I believe deeply in honoring your heritage, embracing who you are, and standing in pride without apology. Healing begins when we value ourselves and recognize our inherent worth.
